Anyone is welcome, beginners, experienced meditators, and people of all backgrounds. The session is designed to be accessible and meaningful for everyone.
No. This is a completely free meditation program. Your complimentary donations will be used to organize future “Meditate with a Monk” programs.
Not at all. The session includes guided meditations and discussions that are easy to follow, even if you’re trying meditation for the first time.
We recommend wearing comfortable, modest clothing suitable for sitting. Bring a small cushion, mat, or water bottle.
Meditation cushions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 175 participants. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to use our cushion during the session.
