Upon registration, you will receive a digital ticket by email, complete with event details and a location map to help you find us easily. Bring your own meditation mat. Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early so you can settle in. So join us for a calm and mindful start to the session.

No. This program’s registration is completely free as a charity wellness initiative by the Buddha Meditation Center.
Not at all. The session includes guided meditations and discussions that are easy to follow, even if you’re trying meditation for the first time.
We recommend wearing comfortable, modest clothing suitable for sitting. Feel free to bring a small cushion, mat, or water bottle if you like.
